Q. Can I clean my pheasants and ducks in the field?
A. Yes, as long as you leave evidence of gender with pheasants and evidence of species with migratory game birds. With pheasants, the feathered head, feathered wing of foot shall remain naturally attached to the carcass while in the field and during transportation. With migratory birds, a feathered wing or feathered head must remain attached as a means of identification.
