Lander 2024 Season Setting Final Meeting
The Wyoming Game and Fish Department will hold a series of public meetings to present and discuss proposed 2024 hunting seasons. Attending a public meeting is one way to learn about local wildlife populations, ask questions, and visit with local Game and Fish biologists and game wardens.

Copies of the proposed regulations are available for review now on the Game and Fish website at https://wgfd.wyo.gov/Get-Involved/Public-Meetings.  By March 20, updated written drafts will be online, and video presentations with information on season proposals for each biologist district will be posted on the Game and Fish YouTube channel.

Public comments can be submitted online through 5:00 pm, March 29 at https://wgfd.wyo.gov/Get-Involved/Public-Meetings or comments can be mailed to Wyoming Game and Fish Department, Regulations, 3030 Energy Lane, Casper, WY 82604.

The Game and Fish Department supports the Americans with Disabilities Act. Every effort will be made for reasonable accommodations by contacting the nearest Game and Fish office.

AIS inspector training offered in Cody

The Wyoming Game and Fish Department is offering an aquatic invasive species (AIS) watercraft inspection training course for members of the public in Cody April 13. The training allows watercraft owners to inspect their own watercraft and for fishing and boating-related businesses to offer inspections for their customers.

The training will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Game and Fish Cody Regional Office at 2 Tilden Trl . The training is free, but registration is required. Registration closes one week prior to the course date.
