Verified Grizzly Bear Killed Livestock

Research and Monitoring
 
-Retrieved naturally shed collars and monitored grizzly bear movements throughout northwest Wyoming.
 
Bear Management (Captures, Relocations, and Removals)
 
-Captured and relocated an adult male grizzly bear for depredating livestock on a Forest Service grazing allotment in the Pinedale Region.
 
Law Enforcement and Related Activities
-Assisted the USFWS with multiple investigations of grizzly bear activity and mortalities in northwest Wyoming.
 
Outreach and Education
 
-           Distributed 100 cans of bear spray to hunters in the Cody Region, participants were
surveyed as to Bear Wise program and knowledge of grizzly bear ecology and management.
