Hunter Management Areas (HMA) are parcels of land where the Wyoming Game & Fish Department facilitates management of hunters for access to hunt including the National Elk Refuge
The Hunter/Landowner Assistance Program is an opportunity for the Department to list information so hunters seeking access can contact these willing landowners directly
