GREEN RIVER- The Wyoming Game and Fish Department will hold a public meeting at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, December 6, at the Wyoming Game and Fish Department Green River Region Office to discuss proposed changes to Chapter 3, Black Bear Hunting Seasons.
