Glad you are planning to get outside in 2016. Yes, you can purchase 2016 licenses for fishing and small game now and be set to go on January 1, 2016. Don’t forget that you will also need to purchase a 2016 Conservation Stamp also. You can purchase your licenses and stamp online or at any Game and Fish regional office, Cheyenne Headquarters office, or from any license selling agent.
