Ask the Game and Fish

6/24/2013

Q. Is it legal to fish with more than one pole?

A. Wyoming regulation allows an angler to fish with a maximum of two poles as long as the angler is in attendance. For example, if an angler wanted to, he or she could put one rod out to still-fish with bait and use another to cast lures. The key is that the angler must be in attendance.
