Q. I’m a nonresident and missed the elk application deadline. Is there any way to get a license for the 2013 hunting season?
A. Possibly. After draws are completed in June, a listing of areas with undersubscribed licenses will beposted at wgfd.wyo.gov. Full-price licenses will be sold first come, first served beginning July 10. Reduced-price licenses will go on sale July 17.
