Q. Do nonresident youth need a fishing license?
A. It depends on the age of the youth and the fishing partner of the youth. Nonresident youth under 14 do not need a license if accompanied by an adult with a fishing license; however the youth’s creel limit must be applied to the adult’s limit in his or her company.
