Draft Regulations
All agencies, groups and interested persons are hereby notified that public information gathering meetings will be held to discuss changes in the following Wyoming Game and Fish Commission regulations:
Chapter 22 - Watercraft Regulation
Chapter 31 - Regulation Governing Authorized License Selling Agents
Chapter 35 - Regulation for Disabled Hunter and Disabled Hunter Companion Permits
Chapter 40 - Regulation Governing Commercial Game Bird Farms
Chapter 42 - Mountain Lion Hunting Seasons
Chapter 44 - Regulation for Issuance of Licenses, Permits, Stamps, Tag, Preference Points and Coupons
Chapter 46 - Fishing Regulations
Chapter 64 - Regulation for Central Visual Acuity Disability Permits
The Wyoming Game and Fish Commission hearing to take action on these regulations shall be July 9-10, 2013, in Saratoga, Wyoming. In order for written comments to be reviewed by the Wyoming Game and Fish Commission prior to the public hearing, written comments shall be accepted beginning April 23, 2013, and no later than by 5:00 p.m. June 7, 2013.
