Help your scouts take advantage of the opportunity to pass 4-H projects or Scout badge and rank requirements at the Wyoming Hunting & Fishing Expo! How can your scout group get the most out of their attendance at the Expo?
• Plan on spending the 1-2 days at the Expo.
• Contact Edness-Kimball Wilkins State Park Superintendent, Gary Weaver at (307) 577-5150 if you need a free and secure place to camp. The Park is located about 8 miles east of the Casper Events Center along the Platte River and requires a permit.
• Wear your uniform and sign your troop in at the Trailblazer Adventure Program (sponsored by the U.S.Sportmen's Alliance Foundation) to receive the Trailblazer patches and to learn how your scouts may be entered in a drawing for prizes by participating in Trailblazer Adventure Program at the Expo.
A number of the over 150 Expo activities, exhibits, or demonstrations can help meet part of the requirements for the following badges. Troop leaders, pack leaders, or merit badge counselors can sign-off on badge, rank, and project requirements when completed at Expo.
