Disney Brunette Retires After More than 21 Years of Game and Fish Service

5/20/2013

PINEDALE - Pinedale regional office manager Disney Brunette has retired after more than 21 years of service with the Wyoming Game and Fish Department.

As office manager her duties included working closely with other office staff, selling licenses, accounting, and assisting the public with hunting and fishing information.

Brunette, a Pinedale native, graduated from Pinedale High School and attended Central Wyoming College in Riverton. After working for the Pinedale Roundup for more than six years, Brunette began her Game and Fish career in 1991.

Brunette’s coworkers recognized her value in 1996, when she was presented with the Peer Recognition Award for the Pinedale Region.

"Throughout her career, Des has shown a tremendous dedication to sportsmen, the Pinedale community, and her peers within the Department, and should be proud of her accomplishments,” said regional supervisor John Lund. “It's been an honor to have her in the region, and she will be missed by all.”
