Q. Can I cut up my big game animal in the field?
A. Yes, you can. Be aware that if you harvest your animal in an area where a specific sex of animal or antler point restriction applies, you must have the head, antlers, or external sex organs of your animal in your possession while you are transporting the carcass or edible portions from the site of the kill to your residence or to a processor.
