Q. Is there a limit to the number of hooks I can have on my line while fishing?
A. Yes. Wyoming regulations provide that no line may have more than three single hooked devices attached. Where bait fishing is allowed anglers sometimes use this regulation to their advantage by rigging their line with two or three hooks with different baits. Using two flies on the same line is also a common fly fishing method. Legal methods for taking game fish are found on page 6 of the fishing regulations.
