Q. Will the nonresident elk drawing be completed in time for my friend to put in for deer if he doesn't draw his elk?
A. The drawing results for nonresident elk should be available by Feb. 29. The application deadline for nonresident elk was Jan. 31. The application deadline for nonresident deer and antelope is March 15. With internet applications, this should be plenty of time to find out the results for elk and get an application in for deer.
