Tuesday, December 20, 2011, Wyoming Game and Fish Department, Elk Room, 5400 Bishop Blvd., Cheyenne WY, 82006. Meeting begins at 9 a.m.
A teleconference public meeting of the Wyoming Game and Fish Commission will be held on December 20, 2011 and as authorized by W.S. § 23-1-301-303, W.S. § 23-1-401, the Commission will discuss and may vote to take action on the following matter:
1. Presenter: Butch Parks, Lands Program Supervisor, Services Division. V Cross Conservation Easement and Public Access Project. The Commission will be asked to vote to approve the V Cross Conservation Easement and Public Access Project, including the acquisition of a public access easement and conservation easement, and spend up to $270,000 from the access fund, $100,000 from the Game and Fish wildlife trust fund, and $80,000 from the property rights budget on the project.
